The Family Place

Learning disabled, emotionally disturbed, developmentally delayed and abused children and their families need extraordinary care and support services. Family Place tells the story of the Julia Ann Singer Center, which is an outpatient division of Vista Del Mar Child & Family Services.

Founded in 1916 to care for children of immigrant factory workers, over the years, the Center has expanded into a multi-faceted psycho-educational program of national repute.
