Matthew D. Kallis
Matthew Kallis is an Emmy nominated producer and award winning documentary filmmaker. Some of his projects include The Living Century TV Series and The Inside Pitch for which he received an Emmy nomination and 2005 Aegis Award.

Matthew is currently completing a documentary project, The Illustrated Oracle. This film explores human spirituality, divination and fortune telling through the beautiful, mysterious and rich story of Tarot. He is also in pre-production on the FilmMasters series which brings great filmmakers to audiences through exposition, commentaries, exercises, and relevant clips from their most notable film and television projects.

Matthew received a B.Sc. degree from MIT and MBA from Columbia University. At MIT he studied film and visual arts under renowned educators and scientists including Richard Leacock (a Cinema Verité pioneer), Dr. Harold Edgerton (inventor of the electronic strobe photography) and Professor Nicholas Negroponte (founder of the MIT Media Laboratory).

Matthew spent twenty years on Wall Street and the business world. He is a senior executive and board member with extensive experience in high-tech businesses including software, entertainment and media enterprises.
